GSXR CONVERSION KIT WARRANTY. 3 Month warranty in effect as of invoice date. Warranty covers Upper, (2) Air Intakes, splintering and defects from the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover cracking or any other damage to your motorcycle caused from the motorcycle crashing, falling down, and any part of the installation process. Also not covered under warranty is any sign of stress by racing, doing stunts such as rider riding or having passengers ride on mounted upper. Any damage or undesired results caused by you the customer or a third party modifying, painting, or installing the kit. What Does This Warranty Cover? Warranty will be VOID and no replacement or refund if... This warranty does not cover cracking or any other damage to your motorcycle caused from the motorcycle crashing, falling down, and any part of the installation process which includes painting any part of the kit. Also not covered under warranty is any sign of stress by racing, doing stunts such as rider riding or having passengers ride on mounted upper. Any damage or undesired results caused by you the customer or a third party modifying, painting, or installing the kit. Note for painting the Upper: Upper needs to be primed for best results. Any dirt, finger prints, oil etc. on the surface will cause the paint not to adhere to the surface properly. What is the Period of Coverage? 3 Month warranty in effect as of invoice date. What Will We Do to Correct Problems? After receiving the kit we will inspect it and then replace defective Upper and or Intakes or a refund.
