Users must follow the directions given. The manufacturer, distributor, and retailer are NOT responsible for any misuse of these items. Any use of these items other than its intended purpose voids any warranty given.

Shipping

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by E-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice by e-mail and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Signatures are require of all orders (there must be someone to sign for the package or you have to pick it up from the local Fed Ex/UPS.) For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $6.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.

International Shipping
Additional shipping charges will be added for any order outside the contiguous United States.

Please allow approximately 5 extra business days to process your international order. No orders can be shipped as "Gifts".

Duties, Taxes, Vat
Duties, taxes, VAT, if applicable are paid by the international customer, due on delivery.

Exchanges & Returns - returns1@btpautoparts.com

All return items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. For all light products sold please test the product for factory defects prior to installation. Once attempts of installation have been made, all light products are not returnable.

All return items can be returned within 30 days from the invoice date subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Only company defects can be exchanged for the same item within 30 days from the invoice date with no restocking fee. YOU MUST FILL OUT A RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) FORM BEFORE RETURNING an ITEM. CLICK ON THE RAM LINK.

You are responsible for your own shipping cost on all return items.

All returns for credit or exchange must be complete and unopened in the factory sealed product box. We will issue a refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Out of Stock Items

Any items ordered that are not in stock or not available for shipping btpautoparts may cancel the order and refund the order.
